MissyBubbles,
PPP stands for Paulas Party Parade
It's considered a un-official bash event where people
who wish to participate have a room party.
You can choose a theme for your room and everyone
goes from room to room and socialize.
Paula aka azwidow came up with the idea last yr at the
Flamingo. Actually it was Paulas Pink Party cuz
everything at the Flamingo was Pink.
Paula will post further details as we get closer to the
bash.
Can you say PARTTTTY
See you in Vegas,

MissyBubbles,
Here's the post I wrote a few days ago for another basher, Shaqua. I hope it helps. I am going to copy and past it here for you.

I guess I will try to explain PPP in a short version. Yes, it does involve drinking, (even though I don't drink). Several people get together, with a small group assigned, let's say 4 people per room, and each room will have a theme decor and a theme drink with snacks. On said dates, a specific number of rooms will be assigned for those dates, and will present their themes and drinks. People will make stops at each of these rooms, sampling the drinks, snacks, and meeting new people. It's geared toward meeting people in a smaller group setting, and hopefully getting to know more people. It's something that Paula started in her neighborhood in Arizona, so she has carried it over to Vegas and other places she visits, and she calls it the PPP: Paula's Pink Party Parade. The pink is due to a large pink fountain that she transports to serve whatever drink she has flowing during the parade stop. It's not a bash sponsored event, just a little extra added by the bashers, and it's not a mandatory event, but a fun one. I hope this helps.

Well I am going to vegas in a couple weeks and can't wait to see the hotel myself. I have a couple hours free one afternoon and am going to wander the halls and learn about the hotel.
I guess I am going to have to get serious and start planning my trip.

I will be in Vegas March 2-5, with a girlfried who is visiting from Maryland. I will definitely make a point to check out Tuscany. It looks like we will have a few more reports to share.

| #70 | Speaking of the hotel...
Has any one stayed there yet? I have a question about the bathrooms. Are there separate tubs and showers; a shower/tub combo; or just a shower? If there's a shower/tub combo do they have those awful sliding glass doors?
I was also told that the handicap rooms basically only have a wider bathroom door and handles but not say roll in showers.
I'm just trying to figure out what all I have to take with me.
Also, from what the agent told me when I booked my room (and from what we can see in the photos of the hotel) there are several different buildings. They have interior hallways but there is also parking right outside the buildings. She let it slip I'll be in Building 4 (but I think she told me my room number and it was 31 something)
I was just checking here on the message board before I call the hotel. Y'all are so knowledgeable about everything!
Love ya,

I thought I saw prices for the Tuscany during the bash at around $55 during the weekdays. When I just went on the Tuscany web site the average cost was $99. Anyone know why? thanks |

Has anyone booked a pool side room? If so did you have to pay extra?? __________________ We’re conditioned to think that our lives revolve around great moments.
